Built from almost a decade of practice
invisibleloadOT brings together established frameworks, research based tools and years of clinical reasoning, so more clinicians can capture invisible load and more people can describe it in their own words.
Anika Synthi
Occupational Therapist (Mental Health)
Anika is an occupational therapist with experience across mental health, the NDIS, community practice, workplace rehabilitation and return to work.
Over almost a decade, much of her work has come down to one problem: capturing a load that a form or a short assessment misses, and putting it on paper in a way planners, assessors and insurers can follow. invisibleloadOT is where she shares the frameworks and tools she built to do that.
Anika also lives with invisible load herself. That lived experience shapes how she listens, what she looks for and why this work matters to her.

Four principles
Built on the evidence
Everything draws on established frameworks, measures and research. We name and reference standardised measures, and never reproduce them.
Reasoning, not promises
We teach an approach to capturing and describing load. We don't make claims about outcomes.
Within scope
Our packs and training support clinical reasoning, used within each practitioner's own scope of practice.
Australian context
Written for the NDIS, workers' compensation and Australian workplaces.
invisibleloadOT and In Context
invisibleloadOT is a business name of In Context Pty Ltd. invisibleloadOT shares the tools and teaches the approach. In Context provides the clinical services: occupational therapy, functional capacity assessments, allied health assistant support, and employer services through Work In Context.
